By accessing or purchasing from DinkieOutlet, you agree to the following terms:

  • By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during account registration and purchasing processes.

2. Personal Shopper Services

We offer a personalized shopping experience through our personal shopper service:

  • Our personal shopper will provide recommendations based on your preferences. These recommendations are tailored to your style and needs, but availability is not guaranteed.

  • The final decision and responsibility to purchase any recommended products remain with you.

  • You agree to provide accurate size and style information to ensure the best possible recommendations.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or images are entirely free from error.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  • Discounts, promotions, and special offers are valid only for the specified time period and under the conditions outlined in the promotion.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

  • Item Availability: Most items are in pre-order status. It indicates that the item may not be available but can be reserved in advance. 

  • Payment: We accept payments through Gcash and BPI Fund Transfer. A deposit of at least 50% is required to reserve each item.

  • For layaway orders: All outstanding balance must be settled within one (1) month upon arrival of items in the Philippines. Otherwise, downpayment will be forfeited.

  • Order Changes: Unpaid online orders in shopper's cart will be cancelled within 24 hours. Once an order is successfully paid, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping: We ship to the Philippines using local and international couriers. All courier charges are shouldered by customers. Delivery times vary depending on location and are estimates.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • International Shipping: For international customers, customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply. These charges are your responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You may exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they are proven fake or falsely advertised in DinkieOutlet.com provided the item is unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Strictly Non-refundable. Please check your orders before completing every purchase.

  • Minor stitching issues and factory markings: are not considered defects, items with single variation to measurement stated or colours on-screen are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1 week of receiving your returned item.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, are non-returnable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns deemed inappropriate.

7. Use of the Website

  • Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities, to interfere with our systems, or to breach security.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, are the property of DinkieOutlet and may not be reproduced without permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. DinkieOutlet is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account.

  • DinkieOutlet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use them.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., shipping providers, payment processors).
